1. How can I place an order?
- You may place your order here via our website. Our items are categorized accordingly for your convenience.
2. Do you deliver via this website?
Delivery is available only for purchases booked ahead of time. ( 1 days ahead ).
- For Metro Manila delivery, we have courier contacts who can deliver your items (Grab or Lalamove).
- Delivery fee will be shouldered by the client and paid upon checkout of items.
- For Provincial delivery, we highly recommend purchasing from our Shopee store so you can avail discounts on courier rates
3. Pick-up option?
- This website serves Metro Manila pick-ups.
- Pick-up option is available for rush / on the day / 1 day ahead purchases.
4. What are the modes of payment?
- We currently accept payments through Credit Card via Paymongo, and Gcash. Payment instructions will be provided upon checkout.
- For bank deposits, you may request details at 0923 086 2956
- Please send us your proof of payment for order confirmation.
5. Do you have a showroom?
- No, we currently don't have a showroom. However, if you would like to see actual photos of the items prior to ordering, please contact us and we will be glad to assist you!
6. Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?
- Yes, we allow COD option for courier pabili services only.
7. I received the wrong order, can you help?
- Sure! Just contact us in any of our social media pages.
8. What if I don't like the item I received, can I request for an exchange or refund?
